CONFIRMATION – Upon our receipt of your registration, you will receive a seat reservation acknowledgement. Training confirmation email will be sent to you after receipt of payment of fees.

PAYMENT OF FEES –  By Cheque/Bank Draft: All cheques should be crossed and made payable to “I-G Training Pte Ltd” and mailed to “I-G Training Pte Ltd, Vbox 882208, Singapore 919191” All payments must be made to us by early bird due date to enjoy preferential pricing. All payment must be made to us at least 1 week before programme commencement date.

By Telegraphic Transfer: Payment must be made in Singapore Currency (at your bank prevailing exchange rate) to "I-G Training Pte Ltd" account number 517248159001 of OCBC Bank, 65 Chulia Street #01-00 OCBC Centre, Singapore 049513, Swift code: OCBCSGSG. *Please note that all bank charges associated with the transfer is to be borne by the payor. In the event of any short payment of the full course fee, the difference will have to be imbursed to I-G Training Pte Ltd.*  

·       REPLACEMENT POLICY – In the event that the participant is unable to attend the training, he/she must find a replacement for his/her seat. There is no additional charge for the replacement. Please inform us in writing at least 3 day before course commencement

WITHDRAWAL without REPLACEMENT POLICY
Within 3 days after the date of invoice – no charges will apply
More than 3 days after the date of the invoice – 75% of total fee will apply
Less than 5 days before course commencement date – 100% of total fee will apply

CANCELLATION / POSTPONEMENT – I-G Training reserves the right to postpone, cancel or make any changes to any programmes without prior notification, in the event of any unforeseen circumstances
